  • Had the best fish katsu here, the crunch was everything you would hope for. The sides were also so yummy, I loved that I could double down on the fish and have poke as a side too!

  • The service was so friendly here the ladies running the truck know how to hook up a plate. The fish was top notch and the poke was so fresh tasted like it jumped out the ocean and onto my plate. I loved meeting the owners, and their innovative menu is unlike anything else you will find in Hilo.

I had the kimchee katsu burger, and it was unlike anything I ever tasted, and hit all the right spots. I will definitely be back here next time we visit Hilo.
